Hunter Gregory​​

Recruiter

Hunter joins Dew Wealth Management after working as a Recruiter specifically for fractional executive leadership at How to Manage a Small Law Firm. He has experience in different recruiting styles for high-level positions, as well as in sales and administrative tasks. One of his core strengths is his ability to quickly form genuine relationships with the motivation of seeing others succeed.

Hunter graduated from Houghton University with a bachelor’s in music theory and composition and went on to get his master’s from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in the same. So, it goes without saying, Hunter is also an active musician and published composer, something he’s passionate about doing outside the office.

Hunter and his fiancé, Eddie, live outside of Philadelphia, PA with their two cats, Richard and Lucy, who continually test their patience every day (but they’re really cute).

Preston Weaver, CFP^®, EA

Advisor

Preston joins Dew Wealth after spending most of his early career working with boutique wealth management firms. He has a passion for planning strategies and client communication.

Preston graduated with a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. He obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ designation in 2018 and became an Enrolled Agent with the IRS in 2023.

Preston is an East Texas native and resides in Austin. He is a history, fishing, and outdoors enthusiast! Outside of the office, you will often find him in his fishing kayak listening to a history podcast, spending quality time with his fiancé Madyson, or walking his rescue dog, Marigold.

Justin E. Crawford

Director of Operations

Justin joins Dew Wealth Management on the heels of an extensive career helping early-to-mid-stage firms scale. He established his reputation as a “systems guy” while working as the COO for one of the 3 largest international shipping companies in the world during the same 13-year period when he served as a logistics officer in the Navy.

Since leaving the world of international shipping, Justin has established a reputation as an attorney, international bestselling author, and seasoned COO who has been featured in over 300 major media outlets from CNBC and network television interviews to Forbes, Fast Company, and many other publications. Among his many accolades, he has built 3 multi-million-dollar businesses from the ground up and helped his last company scale from 15 employees to 150 before leaving them to help Dew Wealth Management engage in a similar journey. He has a Six-Sigma certification in Lean Management and his collegiate alma maters include a federal academy (to which he was nominated by Senator John McCain), a top-tier law school (where he graduated cum laude), and several of NYU’s campuses, where he studied tax law, business, and entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys tennis and weightlifting as fun endorphin-maximizing activities. Justin and his wife Amy keep very busy raising their 4 adopted daughters, who joined their family in 2015 from the Pennsylvania foster system.

Nick West, CFP^®​​

Associate Advisor

Nick joins Dew Wealth Management as an Associate Advisor after previous experience working with entrepreneurs at an RIA firm. He has a passion for all things financial planning and seeks to make the complex, simple. Nick graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Financial Planning, while receiving the honors of Cum Laude.

Nick was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He and his wife are high school sweethearts. Outside of work, you may find Nick playing a disc golf course or spending some time in the great outdoors with his family.

Kolton Quitno, CFP^®

Associate Advisor

Kolton joins Dew Wealth Management after beginning his career as a financial associate for high net worth clients at The Vanguard Group. His knowledge in the areas of investment, trust, and estate planning will be a great asset for clients at Dew. His passion lies in seeing the big picture and turning problems into opportunities.

Kolton graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Finance and Economics. Kolton is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ professional and a Wealth Management Specialist^℠.

Kolton was born and raised in Phoenix. He met his wife, Shay, at GCU after she left Indiana to attend school in warmer weather. They got married on June 5th, 2021. Outside of the office, Kolton loves to spend time with his wife and family, hit the gym, and go hiking in the mountains.

Carter joins Dew Wealth Management as an Associate Advisor after beginning his career as a Financial Advisor at The Vanguard Group. He looks to use his experience and skills to impact entrepreneur clients! Carter’s knowledge around the areas of asset management will be valuable for clients at Dew.

Carter graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and also achieved his MBA at GCU. He is currently working on his CFP certification to expand his skills and expertise. Carter is always reading outside of work to enhance his acumen.

Carter was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ and loves living in the desert because he never has to worry about shoveling snow. He met his wife, Julia, at GCU. They got married in 2019. Julia is a nurse who makes his job look easy compared to what she deals with on a daily basis. Outside of the office, Carter loves to spend time with his wife and family, go to church, watch Quentin Tarantino films, play football, hit the gym, and review movies.

Originally a Georgia native, the mountains were calling her name, and Anna moved to Denver in 2018. She enjoys adventure, music, and spending quality time with her family.

Grant joins Dew Wealth Management after working as a Financial Planner at a top 100 RIA firm. He values building deep relationships with clients to discover what is most important to them and their families. Grant loves dealing with all the wealth complexities that arise when working with entrepreneurs and helping to create plans to accomplish their goals.

Grant graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning. During his time at Kansas State, he was involved in the Financial Planning Association and participated in the K-State Launch Entrepreneurship Competition. He also had the opportunity to work under a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ while attending school. Grant is currently a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® candidate (passing the exam in March of 2022).

Outside of work, you can find Grant at the Lake of the Ozarks, following the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues, spending time with his family and friends, and looking at new places for travel. He enjoys getting involved in the St. Louis Community and is an avid supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Sarah joins Dew Wealth Management after starting her career in Texas as an Analyst for a local RIA firm. As an Analyst, she assisted with the family office initiatives such as reviewing pro-forma models, performing due-diligence, and guiding cost analysis. She is a Certified Financial Planner^™.

Sarah graduated from The University of Texas Permian Basin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a certificate in Energy Business. She was also a collegiate, full scholarship swimmer where she was the captain of the women’s swim team.

Outside of work, Sarah is passionate about spending her time volunteering with the youth group at her local parish, country dancing, exercising, game nights with family, or grabbing a cup of coffee with friends.

Drew’s passion for coaching entrepreneurs through life’s financial complexities led him to join Dew Wealth Management after serving business owners in the fintech space and working as a Wealth Manager for a top 100 RIA firm. His attention to detail and goal-driven approach helps seamlessly coordinate a client’s financial journey through targeted tax, estate, insurance, and investment strategies.

Nick currently resides in Columbus, OH with his wife, son and mini-goldendoodle. Outside of the office, Nick is a huge Cleveland sports fan, enjoys working out, and visiting craft breweries and distilleries.

Laura Davis

Laura is passionate about quarterbacking all aspects of her clients’ financial lives to give them peace of mind and the ability to focus on their business and relationships.

After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2008, Ryan spent his earlier career advising people of nearly all generations and levels of wealth. Ryan is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ and ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDICUIARY^®.

Feeling the pull to return home, Ryan and his wife, Carey, moved their family back to Indiana where they have three wonderful children. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys playing with his kids, squeezing in the occasional round of golf, and watching various sports and car races.

Wes Joins Dew Wealth Management after working as a Wealth Manager at a top 100 RIA firm. As an Advisor, he has been able to differentiate himself by combining a deep level of analytical planning expertise with a strong sense of client advocacy. One of his core strengths is the ability to simplify an entrepreneur’s busy life by coordinating the tax, legal, insurance and investment planning.

Wes graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences and Masters of Personal Financial Planning. While pursuing his degrees at Mizzou, Wes was a scholarship athlete for the football team from 2011-2015, earning Wide Receiver of the Year honors during his Senior Campaign. Ryan and his wife, Kailea, relocated from Orange County, CA. They love to hang out with their dog Leo. They spend their free time with family and friends, hanging out in the pool, and exploring new restaurants. Ryan is an avid golfer who loves to explore new golf courses.

Bryan’s love for exploring creative investment solutions led him to Dew Wealth after 10+ years industry experience as a Senior Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Manager. His deep technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to simplify the complex make him the perfect resource for an entrepreneur’s uniquely complex portfolio management needs.

Bryan has studied at Mount Mercy University, Yale School of Management, and Indiana Wesleyan University where he received an MBA with an emphasis in Personal Financial Planning. Additionally, he holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ and Certified Investment Management Analyst^® designations.

Bryan is an active member of the Cedar Rapids (Iowa) community, where he resides. He currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity, Board Member for the Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre, and Committee Member for the local chapter of the Boys and Girls Club. As Managing Partner at Dew Wealth, Bryce is responsible for leading day to day operations of the firm. Bryce led the build out and scaling of the both the advisory and investment consultant arms of the business. Bryce joins Dew Wealth Management after several years in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) at Intel Corporation as a Senior Business Analyst. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship with Honors from the University of Arizona. He also has his MBA from Arizona State University. Bryce is a Certified Financial Planner^™, Chartered Financial Consultant^®, Certified Exit Planning Advisor^® and Chartered Life Underwriter^®. Bryce is a native Arizonan and has almost his entire immediate family in the valley. Justin joins Dew Wealth Management as an Associate Advisor after beginning his career as a Financial Consultant for a financial company in Michigan. His skills include: investments, financial planning, financial analysis, compliance and mergers and acquisitions.

Justin graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double major in Finance and Management.

Justin was born and raised in Wyandotte, Michigan. Outside of work, you may find Justin snowboarding, golfing, fishing or at the racetrack. He is also a wine enthusiast.

Jenny Casquejo

Project Coordinator

Jenny joins Dew Wealth Management after prior experience working as an Administrative Assistant. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)^® professional and volunteers for the local PMI chapter.

You can find Jenny running, drinking coffee, or hanging out with her rescue dog Tripp Harvey outside of work.

Robyn Schanafelt

Executive Assistant to Mimi Dew

Robyn started her career working in public mental health. She has spent the last 13 years working in accounting, handling payables, receivables and all office management functions.

Robyn is a native Arizonan and a graduate of the University of Arizona. She has been married to her husband Bryan for over 25 years. Together, they have 3 great kids and 2 dogs.

In her free time, Robyn enjoys walking, hiking, pickleball and reading. She and her family enjoy watching sports and spending time outdoors.

Mimi Dew is the President and Founder of Dew Wealth Management, The Entrepreneur’s Virtual Family Office^® for elite entrepreneurs. It was her idea to start the firm in 1999 with her husband, Jim Dew. Mimi was a big part in creating Dew’s unique model that helps entrepreneurs build sustainable wealth. She is responsible for overseeing the financial activities, marketing, ensuring overall efficient operation of the firm, and creating positive team culture. Mimi has been featured on podcasts such as The Lucrative Society, League of Goddesses, and She Talks Business as well as presenting “The 5 Keys To A Thriving Relationship” at Genius Network. She is also featured in documentary series “Millionaire Within Her.”

Sandi Curto

Office Manager

Sandi joins Dew Wealth Management after spending many years of professional experience in executive and relationship management. She was an Account Manager for a government funding program for schools and previously worked in the multimedia and insurance industry.

Sandi was born in New York and moved to Scottsdale in 1978 to attend high school then college. She has been a resident ever since.

Sandi enjoys classic rock (especially when her significant other’s band is playing!), dancing, cooking, exercising, stand-up comedy, documentaries and visiting with her grand dog, Hank. He’s a Bull Mastiff who thinks he’s a lap dog!

Sandi has two lovely grown children, a son and a daughter, who also reside in Arizona.

Rachel Meemken

Director of Client Services

Rachel began her career with Dew Wealth Management in 2002. She manages client services for the firm. Rachel’s character, integrity, attention to detail, and work ethic are a true asset to the firm. Her solid relationships with Dew Wealth clients are a true indication of her dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Before joining Dew Wealth, Rachel worked for AZ Wholesale/QDI as assistant to the president for several years. Her many years of experience and office skills were a perfect combination to bring to Dew Wealth Management.

Rachel is an avid reader, enjoys NFL football, and computer games. She lives in Phoenix with special cats Mr. Peanut and Little Debbie.

Christal Marotta, CFP^®

Christal joins Dew Wealth Management after spending majority of her career as an experienced Wealth Advisor at a large corporate firm and head of financial planning for an independent firm. She brings customized solutions to address each entrepreneur’s specific needs so that the entrepreneur can focus on what he/she does best.

Christal’s approach is providing utmost value as the center of the “Wealth Wheel” to run the team of professionals surrounding the entrepreneur, so that they are collaborating and communicating. This gives the entrepreneur freedom, time and energy to live their best life!

Christal’s passion for education lead her to Robert Morris University, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies (Go Eagles!) and her CFP^® from Northwestern University.

Christal loves spending time with her husband, who she met when she was 17-years old, and their beautiful daughters! In addition, she is passionate about fitness and believes health is like money – “we never have a true idea of its value until we lose it” Josh Billings. Christal also enjoys strength training and is an avid reader.

Nate Birkholz, JD

Nate joins Dew Wealth Management with over 20 years experience helping business owners create wealth and preserve it for later generations. His experience as an attorney, working for public accounting, in financial planning, and implementing complex trust strategies, provides a unique perspective on the various issues that impact wealth management. Nate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Minnesota State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Away from the office, Nate is an active volunteer as an executive coach for nonprofit Christian ministries and serves as executive director of a select youth soccer club. Nate has been married to Sara for over 25 years. They have a college aged daughter, Salem, and high school aged son, Foster. Cabin vacations and a lot of soccer are the preferred family activities!

Nellie Jess

Nellie joins Dew Wealth Management after starting her career in Human Resources/Payroll and later, moved into the financial field. Her honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain privacy are values that align with Dew Wealth.

Nellie was born in Nebraska and then moved to Phoenix in 1990 to attend high school and then college. She enjoys being an Arizonian, but her heart will always be as a Husker.

Nellie values her time with her loved ones! She and her husband have successfully raised six amazing children, 4 boys and 2 girls who live in Arizona. Along with family time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, baking, watching movies and spending time with every animal she has adopted or meets.
