About the Position

As an Associate Advisor, you will come alongside an Advisor, Lead Advisor, and Senior Advisor as part of a team assisting a book of highly successful entrepreneur/business owner clients in the management of their Virtual Family Office. The nature of our fiduciary relationship and innovative model means that you will be engaged in meaningful planning involving a diverse set of responsibilities and will have the opportunity to make a real impact on entrepreneurs’ personal and business financial outcomes. In addition, our collaborative culture and integrated business model will allow you to learn from one of the most elite teams in the industry.

This is a fully remote role, and there are no business development responsibilities as part of this role. Compensation is paid exclusively through salary and bonuses based on performance. Further, there is a clearly defined career advancement path within this organization and a potential for an ownership opportunity at no cost and with no risk.

Working within a Distributed Workforce

This is a fully remote role. Approximately four times per year, we will pay you to fly out to our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ to get an opportunity to connect with your colleagues in person and align on quarterly objectives. Beyond that, however, your primary interaction with your colleagues will be through the cloud-based tech stack we leverage to align our distributed workforce, which includes employees across the United States.

Notwithstanding the virtual nature of our model, at present, we are only hiring applicants who reside within the continental United States to minimize HR and tax complexities and to keep our team within four time zones of each other.

Compensation for this role is $80,000 per year, structured as a $65,000 base salary plus a $15,000 performance bonus, paid semi-annually. A clear career path exists to get to a six-figure salary in about 18 months. Additionally, the firm offers a generous benefits package that includes, among other benefits, fully subsidized healthcare, a 401(k)-matching program, and an Employee Stock Option Plan.
